In most cases, it is precisely the penile prosthesis that, thanks to a satisfactory sexual relationship, helps in the process of stimulation and ejaculation (provided it is in optimal conditions of fertility), being much easier the possibility of intercourse and fertilization.

No, the prosthesis simulates a natural erection, so relations will be similar. You will only have to wait a short period of adaptation in which you will learn to use it (similar to what you would experience when getting used to using a dental or hip prosthesis).
